ISF's education program aims to build regional capacity to understand, develop and build sustainable relationships between our communities and our forests. ISF creates and disseminates information about sustainable forest management, fire safety, utilization and development of products derived from sustainable practices, and the ecological, economic, and social importance of healthy forest ecosystems.

ISF provides educational and training opportunities for young people as well as ongoing educational workshops and publications to faciliate implementation of restoration, fire safety and sustainable forest management practices.
